Every Wednesday and Saturday you can participate in an intensive boot camp under the guidance of our expert personal trainer.
What is boot camp:
A muscle strengthening training method, performed in a team and under the professional supervision of a personal trainer. The goal is to improve strength and endurance through intense group training during a period of one hour. Through the team you work out more intensively than you would individually, so you increase the efficiency of the training.
