Every Wednesday and Saturday, you can participate in an intensive bootcamp under the supervision of our expert personal trainer.
What is a bootcamp:
A method of muscle strengthening training, conducted in a team and under the professional supervision of a personal trainer. The goal is to improve strength and endurance through an intense group workout over a period of one hour. In a team, you work more intensely than you would individually, thereby increasing the efficiency of the training.
