• Winner of the 'Win back your stay' contest will be entitled to: A number of nights at Van der Valk Hotel Barcarola, identical to their reviewed stay
• The prize can only be claimed and redeemed by the contest winner.
• The winner may be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required to validate their eligibility to claim the prize.
• The stay must be redeemed within 18 months of winning the contest.
• Stay is subject to availability 
• All valid entries received during each of the relevant monthly periods will be entered into a random prize draw
• Prize is non-refundable
• Prize will only include the number of stayed nights and will not include the flight to and from Van der Valk Hotel Barcarola.
