Every Monday Paddle Sunset on the Costa Brava. We head out to sea from Sant Pol beach at 19:30 h to enjoy the sunset during the activity.
On Sunday morning, you can take a 2-hour excursion, under the supervision of a professional guide, along the beautiful coast of Sant Pol Bay.

Paddle boarding is a way of moving forward with a paddle, standing on a surfboard. This discipline has its origins in Hawaii. The name for paddle boarding in Hawaii is “Ku Hoe He’e NALU”; standing, paddle surfing a wave.
